Quantitative Execution, Dynamic Risk Oversight & Non-Custodial Capital Management
Welcome to my Institutional FX Risk Governance framework at SarwarFX. Portfolio management operates under a mandatory rule: Capital Preservation First, Alpha Generation Second.
Navigating global foreign exchange markets requires strict mathematical boundaries, institutional structure, and absolute transparency. Grounded in 12+ years of execution experience, my portfolio management approach completely replaces retail speculation with dynamic risk controls, rigorous drawdown management, and quantitative position sizing through proven Institutional FX Risk Governance.
Understanding market liquidity cycles is central to long-term profitability. You can explore a broader background on asset liquidity via this overview of the Foreign Exchange Market.

🏛️ 1. Core Portfolio Management Strategy
My execution model relies on structural price action, central bank policy divergence, and session order flow dynamics across the world’s most liquid assets: XAU/USD (Spot Gold) and EUR/USD.

[ Dynamic Risk Oversight (0.5% - 1.0% Cap) ]
- Macro Alignment: Market positioning aligns with major macroeconomic drivers, including U.S. Real Yields, Federal Reserve rate trajectories, and European Central Bank policy shifts.
- Institutional Liquidity Sourcing: Orders execute exclusively during high-volume session overlaps (London & New York) to secure maximum depth and minimize execution slippage.
- Pure Price Action Execution: Entries utilize structural market profiles, institutional order blocks, and liquidity sweeps, strictly avoiding lagging technical indicators.

🛡️ 2. Principles of Institutional FX Risk Governance
To protect client equity against tail-risk events and black-swan market shocks, every trade setup must adhere to three non-negotiable risk rules within my Institutional FX Risk Governance model:
🔹 Rule 1: Strict Per-Trade Risk Cap (0.5% – 1.0%)
No individual market entry hazards more than 0.5% to 1.0% of total portfolio equity. This strict exposure cap ensures that normal market drawdowns remain minor, controlled, and mathematically fast to recover.
🔹 Rule 2: Positive Expectancy Model (Minimum 1:2 RRR)
Every trade setup requires a minimum 1:2 Risk-to-Reward Ratio (RRR). By targeting potential gains at twice the initial risk, the portfolio maintains long-term statistical profitability even during low win-rate market phases.
🔹 Rule 3: Friday Flat Policy (Zero Weekend Exposure)
100% of open market positions are liquidated prior to the Friday market close. Holding trades over the weekend exposes capital to unpredictable weekend price gaps, geopolitical news headlines, and Sunday opening slippage. Under this policy, weekend exposure risk is zero.

🔒 3. The 100% Non-Custodial Security Model
Investor security is paramount. Portfolio operations strictly run on a Non-Custodial Account Architecture, ensuring I never hold or directly handle client funds.
| Security Feature | Operational Protocol | Investor Protection Benefit |
| Account Location | 100% Regulated Investor Brokerage Account | You retain absolute ownership and exclusive access to your principal capital. |
| Execution Access | LPOA / Trading-Only API Keys | Permits trade execution only; zero access to fund withdrawals or external transfers. |
| Capital Control | Investor Exclusive | Only the client retains full legal authority to deposit or withdraw funds at any time. |
To understand standard legal frameworks surrounding asset protection, refer to the global guidelines on Risk Management.
🚫 4. Forbidden Trading Tactics (Negative Covenants)
To preserve client equity and protect institutional reputation, the following high-risk tactics are strictly prohibited across all managed allocations:
- ❌ Zero Martingale or Grid Systems: Position sizes are never doubled or expanded to chase floating losses.
- ❌ Zero Unhedged Averaging Down: Losing positions are closed at predefined hard stop-loss levels rather than accumulated.
- ❌ Zero Unmonitored HFT / EA Risk: Trade execution is systematically managed with direct human oversight and real-time validation.
- ❌ Zero Exotic Speculation: Trading is restricted exclusively to deep-liquidity pairs (XAU/USD and EUR/USD).
